Our support plans are live and ready to help you reach true peace of mind

Our support add-ons are now available for purchase within the Rapyd dashboard. Take advantage of improved SLAs, deeper levels of troubleshooting, and dedicated account managers.

What's New?

Support plan add-ons are now available for purchase. Our Enhanced and Elite support plans offer a number of premium benefits that include:

  • Improved SLAs

  • Deeper levels of troubleshooting

  • Dedicated account manager

  • Dedicated Slack Channel (Elite only)

These features allow you to get a deeper level of support if you feel that you need it to successfully manage your website. That said, our team is dedicated to providing you with the best possible support in any interaction on any level!

How It Works

The support add-on can be purchased in the Billing area of the dashboard (Billing > Support plan > Upgrade).

Foundation Support is included for free with every Rapyd account.

Enhanced Support ($100/month) is offered free of charge for the following yearly plans:

  • All Performance Plans

  • Enterprise Level 1 and 2

Elite Support ($500/month) is offered free of charge for the following yearly plans:

  • Enterprise Level 3, 4, and 5
