We’re excited to unveil a new feature in your Security tab that gives you more control and visibility into your site’s security with Patchstack data.
You can now access detailed Patchstack insights directly from your dashboard. The new Patchstack dashboard shows an overview of threats blocked and highlights any vulnerable or outdated software, including plugins, themes, PHP, and WordPress versions.
Clicking “Open Patchstack” in the Security section opens a new tab, providing a full breakdown of your site’s security status. At a glance, you’ll see vulnerable software, outdated components, and recent threats blocked. The software table also includes component details such as name, type, version, and security status. You can even update individual components directly from this view for streamlined management.
This improved security feature will help you stay ahead of threats and provide you with the peace of mind knowing that your site is safe with Rapyd.
You can learn more about Patchstack on the Rapyd in our knowledge base guide.

We’re excited to introduce a new feature that lets you expand your backup storage, giving you more control over how you manage your site’s data.
You can now increase your backup storage in 100GB increments, making it easier to ensure your site is always backed up without worrying about running out of space. Each block of 100GB has a price of just $3 per month.
You can quickly select the amount of additional backup storage you need from the Edit plan option in the Billing area of the dashboard. The total cost, prorated to your next billing date (whether monthly or yearly), will be displayed before confirming your choice.
You can always see how much you're paying for extras like backup storage in the Extras section of your billing page.

We’ve introduced new features to give you more control over team permissions and a smoother invitation flow for your Rapyd dashboard.
Domain Management Permissions
You can now grant or remove access to domain management for team members. This new permission adds flexibility to how you control access to sensitive settings.
You can grant this permission when inviting a new team member. If you need to update permissions later, you can easily modify a team member’s access in the Teams section of the dashboard.
Improved Invitation Flow
We've also refined the invitation process by adding a final confirmation step to ensure better clarity and control. Before sending an invite, you’ll now see a summary that shows exactly who the invitation is going to and what permissions they’ll receive. This extra step adds a layer of reassurance, preventing any mistakes in access management.
If you want to learn more about Teams, check out the following knowledge base guides;

We’ve added a new feature allowing you to expand your local SSD storage, giving you more flexibility to scale your plan as your site grows.
Now, you can increase your local SSD storage in 50GB increments, providing more space for your growing needs.
Flexible SSD Storage: Add more local SSD storage to your current plan. You can increase your storage in 50GB blocks for USD $7 per month.
Easy to Add: You can quickly and easily select the amount of additional storage you need from the edit plan modal. The total cost, prorated to your next billing date, will be displayed before confirming your choice.
Plan Upgrades: If you upgrade to a higher plan that includes more storage (e.g., from Startup to Performance), any storage add-ons will automatically be absorbed into the new plan’s allocation, saving you from additional charges.
Annual Plans: For annual subscriptions, storage add-ons are charged upfront for the year and prorated.
To add more storage:
Navigate to Billing > View subscription > Edit plan (pencil icon).
Under Local Storage, choose how much additional space you want.
Review the total cost and confirm the change by clicking Change plan. The new charge will be prorated, and you’ll receive an updated subscription receipt.
Storage cannot be removed while the plan is connected to a site, but it can be removed if the plan is empty.

We've made some major performance enhancements to WooCommerce, making your online store faster and more efficient for both you and your customers.
We've supercharged WooCommerce performance on the Rapyd platform through two key enhancements:
Elasticsearch Integration: By integrating the ElasticPress plugin and a local Elasticsearch server, we've dramatically improved the speed and efficiency of your product searches. This means your customers can find what they're looking for faster, resulting in a smoother shopping experience.
LiteSpeed Cache for WooCommerce: This advanced caching solution, featuring "smart purge" technology, ensures that your cache remains up-to-date, keeping your pages loading incredibly quickly. Additionally, Live Cart provides each customer with a dedicated private cart cache using LiteSpeed Edge Side Includes (ESIs), which means each user's cart is stored in their own private cache for an exceptionally smooth shopping experience.
These new features can be managed from the WooCommerce tab in the site management area, which is visible for any site that has WooCommerce installed.
New WooCommerce Sites: These enhancements are automatically enabled for new WooCommerce installations. Simply check the "Add WooCommerce to this site" checkbox during the Add Site flow.
Existing WooCommerce Sites: For sites that already have WooCommerce installed, you can activate these new features by navigating to the WooCommerce tab in your Rapyd dashboard and turning them on.
Important Note:
These performance enhancements are available for Developer plans and above. If you're on a Lite plan, we encourage you to consider upgrading to unlock the full potential of your online store.

We're thrilled to announce significant enhancements to our dashboard file manager, designed to streamline your workflow and boost productivity.
You can quickly and easily duplicate files in the Rapyd file manager. This makes troubleshooting a bit faster and easier, and you don't need to worry about using an FTP client. Note that duplicated files will be appended with "-1".
Use the file manager to move your files and folders to any other area of your file tree. This is especially handy with the Duplicate feature!
This is an enhancement to our dashboard’s file manager, which can be found in the Settings section of the left-hand menu for your site.
Once you’re in the file manager, click the three dots to the right of a file or directory’s name and an action menu will appear. Click either Duplicate or Move, and you’re good to go!
For a more details about how to use the file manager in the Rapyd dashboard, check out our knowledge base guide: Introduction to File Manager on the Rapyd Dashboard

Say goodbye to lengthy troubleshooting! We've introduced a new feature that lets you grant temporary access to your Rapyd dashboard directly to our support team. This allows our team to quickly see relevant information and fix issues affecting your website or dashboard functionalities much faster.
Some benefits of this include:
Faster Resolutions: Our support team can diagnose issues directly, leading to quicker fixes.
Improved Accuracy: They have access to relevant information for a more precise diagnosis.
Simplified Communication: No need to explain technical details – they can see it themselves!
To grant our support team access to your Rapyd dashboard, follow these steps:
Log in to your Rapyd dashboard and click the "Get Help" button.
From the dropdown menu, select "Support Access."
Click "Approve Rapyd access" to grant temporary access. Remember, you're always in control!
This feature has some built-in limitations for your peace of mind:
Our team can only view your dashboard, not perform sensitive actions like adding users or modifying billing.
Access expires automatically after 14 days for added security.
You can revoke access anytime directly through the "Support Access" menu.
