Content delivery network (CDN)

As a user, I want to activate the Rapyd CDN to improve the loading time for media and other site assets. Currently I have to create a separate Cloudflare account to use their free CDN, and I would prefer to use Rapyd's included CDN instead. This feature requires an update to the Domains and DNS management first.
